Ok this is SUPER SIMPLE
Cut up some really lovely summer fruit:
Example: Strawberries, blueberries (no cutting required), grapes (any kind you love), and apple.
Combine these fruits with a low fat vanilla yogurt (I use Fit and Lively), good taste and cheap.
Also combine some cinnamon, nutmeg and a few spoon fulls of walnuts.
The amount of the above spices will depend on how much fruit you cut up. I would add a little and taste to see if it is good for you.
Fruit should be served soon after adding the yogurt. It would be good if it was chilled and there should be no left overs. It is ok the next day but not nearly as yummy. If you want to make it for the next day, cut up fruit and add spices + nuts. Put yogurt in a separate container and add it right before eating. This will keep the fruit fresh so it will not get soggy!
