Combine:
1/2 c pineapple
2 large cucumbers
1 bunch of kale w/ stems (4 cups chopped)
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/4 inch of ginger
1 bunch of mint (1/2 cup)
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a juicer if you have one.
This makes for a really healthy and yummy snack drink.
