OH MY GOD MY DAY IS JAM PACKED!!!

Have you ever looked at your day and gone what the...?  How did I get this busy?  I look at my books most days and think to myself YOU KNOW YOU MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE why are you so freaking busy? Some days I am booked solid so how do I make time for exercise?  I SCHEDULE IT into my day and around my appts.  It might not be the same every day b/c I have to be flexible for my appts to make money but I still have to make time for me. Sometimes I ride my bike to appts if they are close and do not require a lot of equipment carry.  Sometimes I have parked and walked from appt to appt.  Sometimes I only have an hour btwn appts and I know that seems like a lot but it is not with travel so I might get to my clients house early and go walking or take a run before the appt.  You can ALWAYS work in a little time for a workout.  Again, as mentioned in another posting you DO NOT have to workout for an entire hour at a time, you can do a little bit here and there b/c it does add up!  The main point is you MUST make the time, schedule it and claim it.  Do it every day and schedule it out as soon as you can to make sure you DO IT and get it in!!!  Do not continue saying "I have no time" and use that as an excuse!  Everyone has the time it is just how you choose to spend your time!
