Remember the other day we made a really tasty breakfast! I also mentioned I cooked way too much turkey sausage b/c it was on sale at Martins so I got two which allowed me to have plenty extra for another meal or like 5. So tonight we are making a tasty after workout meal loaded with protein. This was my second workout of the day and I needed some good fuel for recovery and repair. I took a low fat tortilla and put some yummy low fat onion and chive Philly Cream Cheese for taste. I prepared one egg white and one whole egg, scrambled b/c that is an easy way of prepping an egg. I cut up one full mini tomato, great color and wonderful vitamins and minerals. I also mixed in some onion for flavor, I LOVE ONION!!! Last but not least I garnished it with some cut up turkey sausage, two small links. Viola...a really healthy, protein loaded dinner with tons of taste which took little to no time to prepare!! YUMMMMMMMMYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it.
Now the only problem is how do I close up and eat all this yumminess??? It will not be easy but I bet I can manage it!
