Is saturated fat the bad guy?

You may try to avoid all that saturated fat and while that is a brilliant idea there has still been an increase in heart disease seen in patients who work to lower their saturated fat! How could that be? Some nutritionists are recommending people replace natural sugars with high fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners like splenda. That seems ok right? Not really bc all those sweeteners lower your HDLs or your good cholesterol and raise your triglycerides! So in a recap sweeteners are not the best for you! One sweetened soda will not hurt you but you should not drink them all day!! For more information check out the post just made with the link!
